We don't feel this is a fair statement. To say that our company does not like it's employees is far from the truth. The resources the company invests just to support our team members and take care of their families is a testament to show that we do care for our team members.

Questionable ethics from the top down

Pros

Employees on the ground are doing their best and care about the healthcare industry and patients.

Cons

Leadership is making decisions solely based on the bottom line and their personal interests. There is a culture of dishonest accounting, nepotism, and self preservation that is growing through the organization like a cancer. This seems to have stemmed from acquisitions, particularly on the Communication Solutions & Related Services side of the business. I would recommend that no one join this part of the organization, and that this business be investigated for fraud.
