A few years ago it was a good job. Now all they want to do is save money. Everything is aimed at cutting costs, including wages. My raise this year didn't even keep up with inflation, even though my review was almost perfect. The slogan is "One Team One Goal" Ya its one team but I'm not sure I'm on it cause none of the goal seems to benefit me. A few years ago we got Christmas bonuses, now we get nothing. Everybody I know gets something even if its only a $50 gift card. Stericycle is worth billions, execs make millions, we get nothing. New tax bill came out, companies all over are sharing it with their employees, even Wal-Mart, not Stericycle. We get nothing. I could see it if Stericycle wasn't doing that good, but it makes billions. Execs salaries are a matter of public records and they make millions with bonuses and incentives. We don't. They cut all our costs everywhere they can. Better not do more than a 15 minute pretrip or else!
