      Terrible Run!!

      remote position 3 days of week.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership and unrealistic kpis. Manager makes teams kpis double then what the company requires. Pointless Mon and Wed meetings. Constantly asked every hour what is closing and what else we have to close. Leads were taken away from us. Expected to knock on 100 doors a week in the freezing cold weather. Company is not what it use to be before the wm acquisition. If you are looking for a job where you can make enough to support your family and be in a stable mindset this is NOT FOR YOU. You'll loose sleep at night over this job.

      Now its Waste Management

      Pros

      Annual earnings were pretty good until the buyout. Now pay structures have changed. May be a good spot to start your career.

      Cons

      Company went through a buyout by Waste management. WM was really just wanting Stericycle but Shred it was part of the deal. WM is not sure how to run the Shred it part of the business. Most of shred it leadership has left.
