Get a four day work week. Will be leaving this sickly lawsuit ridden, lying, can't come clean on anything company.

Cons

Doing more than one persons work load, which is burning me out. Receiving only 82% of what our wages should be. (Management likes to suppress wages.)

If you won't to work 12 to14 hours a day this is the job for you. And deal with the stupidity of upper management go for it

Possibly a recession proof industry, if there's such a thing.

Cons

Quality/competancy of management, middle management has really gone down over the past 5yrs. Company boasts double digit profits, but it means nothing to the average employee. Benefits have gone down over the past 3yrs. Exposure risks have gone up dramatically. Company preaches work life balance, but does not practice it. There are too many double standards, two sets of rules.
