They work the production workers like dogs. No AC so its 90-110 degrees in there all the time. They got 50+ machines running at 450 degrees to make the plastic pieces and that doesn't help with how hot it is. Most of the plastic pieces that come out of the machines will burn your hands, so they give you gloves that rip and tear within a couple hours of use. Each station is a 2-3 person job, but they only put 1 person per station. You have ZERO time for error otherwise your conveyer will get back up. You barely have 10 seconds to stop and take a drink. You have to go go go with ZERO pause time at all until you get your 10 or 20 minute breaks. Making the boxes cuts up your arms. They will make you run 2 stations at once, running back and forth. At one point they had me running 3 stations by myself. The tape machines are always messing up so you have to stop and fix them, which will get you backed up. So many people walk out/quit right away, and for good reason. Don't work here.

Management doesn't care about employees, they talk one way and their actions show different. This is from plant manager down. Management are not on the same page. Employees don't know who to follow each is giving different directions. Some managers are 2 faced a employee should not trust them
