Pros

The pros of working at Sterilite for me would be that you stay busy the whole 12 hours, with exception of breaks. I liked staying busy because it made the night go by faster. Also, I liked that they have you switch machines every break so that you could get use to all press machines. That way, you never get tired of running one machine.

Cons

I don't really have anything negative to say about Sterilite. The only con was not being able to go outside on your breaks. You have to stay inside the building at all times.
