Pros

To start, Sterling Medical Devices has a very collaborative work environment. I have never seen a better group work together than the team here. Management is very easy to speak to and always willing to help. You can genuinely tell they care about helping you grow in your career and provide as many resources as they can to help you achieve your goals. The culture of Sterling is unparalleled to any other place I have work at before. No matter how long you've been here, you are always treated like family. Speaking of family, the employees here even love to hang out outside of work! That just shows the type of folks that are employed here. I have never met a CEO of a company who is more compassionate and hands on than Dan. From my time here so far, Dan has helped me get through some rough days but guiding me and supporting me along the way. I am eternally grateful to be given the chance to know him and to be given the opportunities that he gave me.

Cons

In my honest opinion, I do not have a single con that I can think of. Sterling is a fantastic place to work.

Pros

Worked with a great manager who understood the product development process, adjusting timelines as new information arose.

Cons

As a consulting firm, you have to track your hours and hit a minimum of 40 billable hours/week on top of internal training hours.
