The sales coordinator position is prefaced to be 6 months to a year with room for growth after you hit that year point; however, there's very few opportunity to grow. I also found in my experience that they would take someone from outside the company before allowing someone in the company who came with internal references to be promoted. Additionally, I think that employees are underpaid compared to other competitive corporations in the field.

The manager got frustrated a lot, wasn't pleasant to work with and complained about her employees not looking the way she saw fit.
