Cheap Salaries - Unpaid "promotions"

Pros

Laid back & Lively environment, great employee discount and in-office activities including wellness. Buffet breakfast once a week and "spirit" company days in summer-fall. Great holiday party. Great benefits. So many perks to make you forget how little you get paid. Best for first job out of college or short-term experience for your resume.

Cons

Hire from outside or executive family members for better paying positions. Overworked & underpaid. "Promotions" normally consist of a larger work load and false promises of a raise. Customer service department is very high-school catty especially when it comes to management. Most people leave because of low pay and drama.
