- Managers do not take into account employees - No chance of growth unless you have a personal relationship with manager. -Management is lacking - either very few hours or an excessive amount of hours. No in between. - unrealistic sales goals for stores with no traffic - Management does as they please - There is a lot of favoritism - Mandatory breaks after only 5 hours not paid
