      free breakfast on fridays, decent employee discount, get to work with some decent people, sample sales, stable and growing company

      Cons

      how much money you make and your growth is based only on who you know. performance has nothing, i repeat, NOTHING, to do with your compensation. what other company has "performance appraisals" that have nothing to do with your actual performance and are just the same tiny percentage increase every year, barely keeping up w increases in living cost?
