Pros
The discount was the best part. All of my shoes are from here. Chances are you'll make some great friends that you work with and customers. You can really network with the people that come in.
Cons
If you plan on trying to move up in this company, it's impossible. You won't get promoted unless they open new stores or someones quits and the managers now will never leave. This job is their life. Hours sucked, especially during the holidays but what do you expect when you work in a mall? Customers can be rude.
