Pros

Opportunity for those who are able to navigate a toxic environment

Cons

Lack of support or funding for IT Department. Business/IT Relationship is toxic. Very "old school" company, no flexibility working from home. Overworked, understaffed. Lack of leadership and vision.

Pros

Okay health benefits, and the keurig is cool.

Cons

The Micro managing is pretty intense. You will end up staying past 6 a lot and working by yourself. People pretend to befriend you and then later throw you under the ring of fire. Everyone complains about how much they hate working there, you will find everyone has 2-3 little groups within the office and they will talk nonsense about their job and the VPs all day long. Do not waste your time working here, you will end up hating becoming a designer.
