Brand new headquarters in Mt. Laurel, NJ - great location, clean, spacious, state of the art equipment, resources, and technology, friendly and supportive co-workers, fun in-office events (birthday celebrations, open houses, holiday parties, employee lunches) employee lounge with games and massage chairs, relaxed/laid-back environment focused on achieving company goals, competitive pay structure, competitive PTO (based on tenure), comprehensive benefits program offering health, dental, vision, free life insurance policy, 401(k), legal plan, pet insurance etc. Employees (particularly sales staff and service engineers) are continually developed as new technology is released. Employees are recognized and awarded for a job-well done!

Cons

Although pay structure is competitive, certain positions can have a higher range.

Micromanagement sometimes creates lack of production and a feeling of wasted time.

Satisfaction of having the ability to help others improve how they do their work. You are rewarded with what you put in to it. Decent base salary, but just enough to have you working hard and not settle for the base alone.

As with any job you are going to have your good days and bad.
