We want you to continue developing your skills and your career here. Have you discussed your desired path with your supervisor? Have you taken advantage of our tuition assistance program? Or the eLearning, books on demand, etc., available on the Xerox Portal. There's some great content there (personal and professional) that would possibly help prepare you for an opportunity when it becomes available. Thanks for writing and for recognizing the family orientation, growth opportunities, and learning culture. We take pride in supporting employees in these key areas, so it was great to see that it was valued. Our PTO is accrued, and for that initial period we offer the flexibility to borrow time if needed. Once you've accrued it, you keep adding to it ... no "use it or lose it" like other policies we've seen. We like your idea of getting feedback. We'd like to be more fluid and active with it. Many team members have weekly "one on one" meetings with their manager. Bring your ideas to them and we're confident they'll bring info to the Leadership Team as needed. If you don't have that formal weekly structure, take any opportunity to discuss how we can improve. We want to keep getting better. Thanks again for writing.
