Thanks for your feedback on our training program. We’re proud of the approach our L&D team takes to be strong facilitators and people developers. They have given many a college grad a great start on their sales career. Your other feedback has us a bit baffled. In one line it indicates you worked with us more than a year and then later, it mentions 9 days. We’ve gone through our records and can’t find the occurrence you describe – that just isn’t who we are. We believe in feedback, coaching, mentoring and doing all we can to support a new hire. We agree with you that if salespeople only took one approach to getting a sale, it wouldn’t be successful. That’s why during training our salespeople are shown multiple ways to reach out to prospective customers and to look for ways to go “wide and deep” in existing customers. We provide them with a CRM, research tools, and more to help with that. We will keep doing what is working, and we encourage our sales employees to give us input on how we can continue to improve.
