We're so happy to hear that you're enjoying our new headquarters and that you feel there are growth opportunities. We agree it's important to "play" so we try to include some fun through activities like attending a Phillies game, Halloween contests, Breakfast with Santa, casual Fridays, pancake breakfasts, and the like. If you have ideas for other fun things we can do, talk to our HR team. Stay tuned for the St. Patty's day festivities (that's my favorite!). Thanks for taking the time to acknowledge our benefits package. The goal is to offer a wide variety of programs to meet employee needs/wants (from the typical health, dental, vision coverage to the more unique coverage for identity theft and pet insurance). As we all know, high deductible health plans are becoming the norm. Companies struggle to find a plan that manages the deductible and the corresponding employee contribution via payroll. If the deductible were lower, the payroll deduction would likely be higher. That's where the Health Savings Account comes in. Global Imaging Systems gives employees a contribution to their HSA to help offset some of the deductible and employees can also contribute up to the IRS max. There are also Wellness incentives available that offer both payroll credits and additional HSA contributions. While we can't change the healthcare landscape, we strive to provide employees ways to manage some of the costs. Thanks again for writing.
