Pros

I have worked at Stewart for 5 years and I can say I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 years here. Stewart has helped me gain confidence in my skills as well as helped me believe in myself. I started working as a toner specialist and developed into a service technician at HUMC. I then moved up to Team Lead and now I am a Healthcare Service Manager, managing 4 major RWJBH hospitals. Doors are always opening at Stewart, and your hard work will not go unnoticed. I am so proud to be a part of the Stewart family and proud to represent our motto, Excellence at Work

Cons

There are no cons that I can think of.

Pros

Good Regional Managers that care.

Cons

Self serving top management. Silly gimmicky days instead of quality and value.

Thanks for your feedback on our Regional Directors. We’re happy to know that you feel cared about and we will keep focusing on that so it continues. Naturally the feedback on top management was hard to take. We’d like to take action to address your concern but we’d need more information on why you’ve drawn that conclusion. Please offer us some specifics so we can get better. Regarding the “gimmicky days,” we’d guess you’re referring to our Sales Blitz days where we have themes like “May the 4th be With You”; Baseball; St. Patrick’s Day; etc. Our intent is to bring fun into required activities. Workplace fun has been linked to enhanced motivation, increased productivity, reduced stress, and higher job satisfaction. So there is a method to our silly madness. If there are ideas you have to incorporate “quality and value,” we encourage you to share them with your manager, our Director of Learning & Development, etc. One size does not fit all so we are open to suggestions on fitting your style and approach. Thanks again for your input and we hope you take us up on the offer to share your ideas.
