There are several companies out there that say they offer you the ability to learn different things, career advancement and business stability, however, Stewart follows through with those promises. I have watched several promotions take place in my short 2 years here and have received one myself. Stewart, A Xerox company gives its employees the chance to work with them not just for them. Stewart invests in it's employee's training and growth realizing that they are essential to continued success.

Cons

As with any organization, there is always that one individual that nothing makes them happy.

Just ok to start out but don't stay long.

Only pro I can think of is training. Learn so good things but there is a script.

Cons

Micro managing everything you do for the prospects you get to the amount of phone calls and stop ins you do in a day. In addition, the health insurance is just horrible, I have the better of the two plans and there is no office visits you need to pay everything out of pocket until you hit the high deductible.
