Pros

Training was good. The President was a really nice guy. The only one in the company who knew who XIP was.

Cons

Too many Chiefs, too much Paperwork, too much Process, too many Meaningless Meetings, it sucked working there...too little pay and commissions were little too. They are suck in the copier sales days of the 1990's.

Pros

This is a great place to start a career. They have a lot of training and a lot to offer. The President is a great guy. I learned a lot from working here.

Cons

Unfortunately, there can be high turnover, so accounts need to be given to existing people to manage. Therefore, the territories can be slightly difficult to divide up.

Great Training. Good for new people to industry. Fair salary.

Cons

Territory initially received will be terrible. Upon employment You will get no existing accounts. Makes for a tough start.
