Great Company With Great People

Pros

I've held many jobs in a lot of different industries, but I have never worked for a company like this before. The management here wants you to succeed and they give you the tools to do so. Everyone here is extremely helpful, willing to answer any and all questions, and always do what needs to be done.

Cons

There's room for improvement in communication between field employees and office employees.

You are a person, not just an employee number. The President knows you and acknowledges you. You can get questions answered directly and you can make a difference.

Change happens so fast sometimes. It's hard to keep up with it all.

I agree with you -- there are times when we are faced with changes that need to be implemented quickly. I am always impressed by our capacity to make it all happen while "never letting them see us sweat"!
