I'm a current employee and I've enjoyed working at Stewart for the past 3½ years. Stewart has a great company culture, with open communication being encouraged, and the opinions of everyday workers being taken into consideration. We always have fun events and are encouraged to participate. Whichever team you join will make you feel like a family and everyone seems open to answer any questions you might to help you succeed. It is a fast growing company with new positions and new opportunities opening up constantly. The opportunity to grow within the company is there if you put in the work, and it hard work doesn’t not go unnoticed. In the past 3½ years I’ve been promoted once, and I’ve now been given the opportunity to develop new skills in a different part of the company.

Cons

Benefits are average, and PTO is insufficient.

Regarding benefits, we hear you and hope employees take advantage of the local benefits that we control (educational assistance, training, employee assistance program, employee discounts, etc.). Our PTO increases 2 days per year for the first 5 years at which point an employee has 20 days to use.
