We read your review and wish we could ask you for clarification on so many points that you raised. Since we cannot, we will respond to the best of our ability. We absolutely do reflect on each and every person who leaves our Company. But we try our best to do that regular intervals rather than waiting til that decision has been reached. Our new hires receive regular check-ins from a variety of managers. After that, employees meet with their manager once a week at a minimum. That's a perfect opportunity to discuss support needs, advancement desires, goals, etc. Our Directors, VPs, and I are always available and have an open door policy. So we encourage everyone to use all their resources when feeling under-acknowledged or unsupported. We will strive to understand the issue and handle it expediently.
