      None other than they give you dinner credits

      Cons

      Terrible place to work. The managing directors don’t care about you at all and work you to the bone. 80-110 hour work weeks most of the year and they always seem to scum people out of their bonuses. One year they gave some people $10k severance as their bonus to bottom bucket analysts.

      A few great coworkers. The actual work is pretty decent.

      Cons

      It's been a bit of and old boys club for a while now, however there's an emergence of a girls clique in the form of a network. It's becoming a catty, high school clique type of work environment. The toxicity has already started, especially if you're not interested in participating in the clubs and cliques. No sick time. Minimal PTO time compared to other companies. Benefits are unreasonably expensive.
