Was able to get my foot in the door in the industry and have been able to move around the firm to try out different roles. Stifel has been making to improve benefits for employees with families by increasing paid parental leave and adding benefits toward adoption and fertility treatments.

Cons

Very little flexibility in regards to work from home and low pay compared to others in the industry.
