      Great Summer Position

      Pros

      Really great supervisors and made sure to balance work with learning about the company and the sector, never had a problem getting a question answered and all around can't imagine a better way to have spent the summer.

      Cons

      Unfortunately (in my case) not much chance at post graduation employment but I still gained a lot from the experience and definitely hope to purse opportunities there in the future.

      Pros

      Great Analyst and senior management team. Vision of the company is outstanding and inline with current client needs. Flexibility to build your practice in the clients best interest and ethically sound.

      Cons

      Branch Manager was a producing manager which means that 99% of his time was focused on his production and clients and 1% on managing the office and supporting his staff. Firm is fantastic, just had a poor manager.
