Great culture for a mid sized broker dealer. Wonderful people to work with on a daily basis. The advisors in the field are great and have built many relationships that I would hate to leave. Fast growing company that has avoided all the pitfalls of other firms. Not overly micro managed. Very entrepreneurial. 14 consecutive years of RECORD revenue. Awesome!!!

Compensation for home office personnel needs to be fixed now rather than later, because when the economy starts to turn and competitors start to hire, I'm afraid some very talented people may leave. Home office departments are too siloed. No communication. Has lead to unnecessary spending on software, etc. Due to the large growth of the company, many areas are significantly understaffed.
