      There are no pros, only cons.

      Cons

      Most staff in the IT department are unskilled and extremely unprofessional. Headquartered in St. Louis, they run at rural cookie-cutter pace. There is no sense of urgency.

      Pros

      Easy to get a job. Only an associates degree is necessary for hire. Was fun to work with the various branches.

      Cons

      In operations, you start at 30k salary. Critical atmosphere--headphones were banned while data entering. Office is loud and voices carry.

      Pros

      - Teamwork and collaboration: routinely will work with various departments to achieve a solution for the client - Common area at HQ - very nice common area with an indoor waterfall. You can sit and eat lunch.

      Cons

      - Pay: Pay at all levels is consistently lower than what other firms/companies offer. Bonuses also are lower than average. - Growth: I felt as if i was stuck in my current position. Even after constantly asking for feedback regarding areas to grow I felt as if my progression was stunted.
