      Pros

      Great company image Good people and social environment Benefits are reasonably good Great amenities They do give bonuses... generally in the 4 digits depending on the area and role

      Cons

      Base Pay is WAY below market averages... in all areas Workload is unreasonable Very disorganized and chaotic in many areas Some senior and intermediate management lack leadership skills. For many, it is all about turf and power, and doing right by their people comes a distant second. Other management lack professionalism and maturity, where bullying and putting down is tolerated Culture has been changing for several years now, not for the better

      Not a lot of PTO

      Cons

      Terrible COO. High turnover. Be ready to cover 15+ phone lines, expenses for 12+ people. Salary is an embarrassment. Forget about the the policy, you will need approval for EVERYTHING you book for executives.

      Pros

      Potential to bring experience from working from the BIG BOY Investment banks was compelling - the thought of moving to a low cost area was compelling but the inability to execute on anything but mediocrity became the reality.

      Cons

      Programs are impossible to achieve except acquiring other banks brut force Hero worship is the way the place works, so doors will be closed on you for being an agent of change The place is built on High School relationships, not college! Beware if you not from the St Louis area This applies to the ERM, IT areas only
