      I used to love my job- until Elizabeth came

      Discount? That is all I can think of.

      Cons

      Everything. We used to have flexibility which made this job amazing. That was taken away the very first day Elizabeth started. And from there it’s been a sinking ship. She does not appreciate stylist and feels the algorithm can do it all. You can’t style anyone the way they want unless they want polyester florals.

      Not an equitable place to work

      Pay was okay for remote work Good benefits

      Cons

      Lack of transparency and inaccuracies from HQ. I felt like I was completely in the dark, and was told things that weren’t accurate. I was also blindsided by many things (including a layoff) after many years of high performance.

      Pros

      Work from home and some flexibility.

      Cons

      They micromanage and expect a lot for little pay. The toxic positivity is stressful and not great for mental health. Working in the styling field is more high stress than it should be, as they also don’t provide the tools needed (inventory) to succeed.
