Pros

Fast paced, growing company. Fun to work for. Strong use of technology.. Good training. The CEO has a strong vision.

Cons

There is often limited inventory to choose to send to clients. With only fifteen minutes per fix, things can get hectic.

Pros

Completely flexible schedule, the ability to work from home, the company is still growing, the management is great, Stitch Fix has a vibrant and engaged employee culture, the company gives you everything you need to succeed at your job.

Cons

Working as a stylist means that you directly interact with customers. Some aren't the nicest. Also your personal metrics are very closely tracked - so if you have a bad week and most the fixes you sent out are returned, that will be reflected in your performance metrics. Pay isn't the best... But you're working part time from home!

Pros

Literally nothing anymore. Don’t support this company.

Cons

The company mgmt is sexist, elitist, and classist. The people who actually keep this company running and making money now don’t have healthcare, PTO, Holidays, NOR full-time hours. Inventory is abysmal and they pumped a bunch of money into AI to have it fail miserably. But, CEO still made 10 million while the stock drops to $2.90 and they decimate the mainly female stylists by eliminating all ability to support ourselves and families. They actively said there is no room for growth for women in the styling department (the ones who actually work with customers and bring in money) nor is their growth for the POC warehouse workers. They only offer pay raises, growth, and opportunity to the privileged people in HQ roles.
