Needs a big 'Fix'

Pros

-You get to make your own schedule

Cons

-There's a pay cap after working for a few years. Pay for stylists hasn't increased in a couple of years now despite being asked to style more and faster. Someone who has been there 10 years will be making the same as someone who is fairly new. -You have to reach strict goal metrics every week aka styling a certain amount, how much clients keep from you, etc. There can be numerous things that affect these each week like inventory, the site breaking, etc., but that is never taken into account. If you fall below metrics, your lead will put you on a plan. Micromanaging is an issue with lots of leads. -Their website breaks frequently. You are never paid for the downtime, just asked to move your hours back even if it's on a Friday. -Inventory 90% of the time is awful with little to choose from and repeat styles from previous years. This again will affect your metrics which you will be blamed for when the client is not happy with their pieces. -There is no growth in the company and doesn't appear to be likely in the future. Stylists were basically told if you don't like this fact then you can leave. -You are given very little time to complete a Fix which continues to be decreased every year. This leaves no time to actually dive into a client's profile and learn their preferences. -Lots of layoffs, so future of company looks grim

Pros

Nice employees 40% discount for 1

Cons

Immature leadership “Pay Equity” is a sham Work culture in the tank (some people talk about working on 30 minutes a day) Repeated broken promises - promises promotions taken a way in less than a month to multiple people, promised top-up grants were cancelled because stock tanked (but CEO and other C-suites got their’s) Lack of transparency -promised more transparency, then immediately hid important info No focus on future Don’t listen to data scientist and business analysts then blame them when what they predicted happens. C-suite and upper management lies and contorts instead of admitting to mistakes Fake culture Eng pay significantly lower than average for top talent

Pros

-By far the easiest job you will ever work -4 months PTO for Maternity/Paternity Leave -Unlimited PTO for Leadership -Some coworkers are awesome

Cons

-Facility Supervisors, Managers, and some GM's are the most incompetent people to ever work in leadership (they cannot do simple math, cannot give an actual strategy or solution, and are blind to actual problems) -Incredibly racist to everyone. They overwhelmingly give positions to white folks (I'm white btw) but have mandatory training for whites to talk about how terrible we are as a race -HR openly admits it's their job to put down straight white males -There are groups to join as long as your not a white male; they are exclusively excluded. -Someone else put a comment that this place is "toxic positivity" and I can't agree more. The situation will be terrible, and leaders will talk only about what's going good instead of addressing the terrible situation. -If you don't drink the Kool aide and learn to speak like the majority, you will be ostracized -If you're a conservative, apply elsewhere, because you will be publicly made fun of and HR will do nothing. -You will be pressured to support political causes that you do not agree with and will be told that "maybe you aren't a good culture add here" -Again, I can't stress how incompetent most people are here
