      No opportunity to advance, no raises after 3 years, toxic culture, not provided with proper product to do job correctly, lack of transparency from HQ, extreme micromanagement. All blame will be placed on you no matter what. They constantly say that they value feedback, until you give honest feedback. Then you're reprimanded for it until you "agree" to their toxic positivity beliefs again. They also downloaded a tracking extension on my personal computer without my consent and I have no way to remove it. This company is a shell of what it used to be. Used to be a dream job, truly. Now it's somewhere that leaves you feeling burnt out, not good enough, and anxious about metrics.

      The company has shifted its focus away from customer satisfaction and a positive work environment. When I started back in 2019, stylists had more freedom and were listened to. Now, it is all about styling clients AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. There are always tech issues and low inventory that cause issues for stylists, but the company will not listen. If you don't hit your metrics, it is YOUR FAULT. Other stylists are great management is not. The company lies to clients about their technology tests and forces stylists to take the blame (not even kidding). It got to the point where there was no integrity. It's all about the money.

      With the new CEO, our once very flexible scheduling became much more restricted and many people were forced to quit to comply with hasty new policies. Absolutely disgusting business practices. A complete nosedive from when Katrina was CEO
