      Great benefits at the cost of heavy micromanagement

      Pay is alright, people, benefits, holidays off

      Cons

      *Extreme* Micromanagement (screen recording, extra clock in process to track what you click on, weekly meetings to review production, internal ticket review scores on top of ticket handle time, solve avg, and customer surveys), younger company with growing pains, little flexibility with quotas, forced positive culture that can come off as very fake.

      Could work from home. Nothing that great

      Lack of transparency. Not given enough tools when not succeeding. Trying to style people who didn't like the clothes when there was a lack of clothes in a diverse range of sizes. East Coast people would use up all clothes prior to West Coast. By the time you sign on for the West all the stylish things were taken. Lots of ugly clothes to send people. Where are all the clothes you see in the commercials or ads? I'd like to know as well as all the people you style. You can't give them something if it's not in stock.
