      Expects stylists to work Xmas Eve and Xmas Day.

      Pros

      They don't have a lot of Fixes around the holidays, but still expect us to reach our style minimums. So their gift to their employees is to release a bunch of Fixes on December 23-25 so we can style a bunch of overweight women by the Christmas tree instead of spending time with our family.

      Don't care about their stylists and no respect for their time!

      Pros

      Work from home and create your own schedule. Help women feel and look great. Great short term job.

      Cons

      Extremely repetitive. Extremely hard to move up. Part time benefits... There are absolutely none. You have to style four clients in an hour which would be easy if there was inventory to accommodate. I use to think I had a work life balance but just to meet expectations I find myself working around the clock (and it's not worth it at all!). The buyers need to regroup and introduce new styles. The company is growing the styles are not.
