      Pros

      Part time, flexible. You can work whenever you want.

      Cons

      Serious inventory issues. Great part time job if you aren't living in the Bay Area -- for an hourly job the rate you're paid just isn't competitive at all. Stylists all get paid the same, so if you live in another area it ends up being better. Clients are very vocal and don't have a clear understanding of how Stitch Fix works.

      Pros

      Easy hours and they are very much flexible with the days you work which are nice as well. Overall easy job with decent hours.

      Cons

      You can not negotiate your pay at all. There is also no room for growth and a promotion either. You just stay at the position you are at and that's it.

      -Decent Compensation -Work Remotely; Flexible 'Build-Your-Own' Style -Fellow Stylists are Supportive -Opportunities to become a Lead Stylist or Customer Service Lead you to do so and show efforts to working -Cool Concept

      -Company's getting too big for its own good -Too many Stylists on-boarding, not enough training -Too many clients, not enough inventory -Role becomes very monotonous
