      Pros

      The team I worked with was friendly and accommodating. I was based in Dallas, which provided opportunities to participate in events while working from home was convenient. The hours were flexible since it was part-time work.

      Cons

      We were always expected to stay above a quota and if you fell behind, you had to attend special training. Our inventory management was not great. Clients would ask for something and most of the time we didn't have it in stock. They would advise not to blame inventory for unhappy clients and suggest getting creative. As a client, I wouldn't keep something I didn't request.
