This company is a JOKE, especially for fashion majors or people who really desire to help others feel better for themselves! You have only a few minutes to style and write a note to your client. It’s no way possible to actually personalize the client in that short span of time. Not to mention that no matter the time or day, the item selections are horrible! It’s never what the client ask for. You ask your lead for recommendations and they (in my case) stumbles as well. This is nonsense due to the fact your job is on the line depending on your client’s satisfaction. Clients think that they aren’t heard, but in reality as stylist we are doing the absolute best that we can.
