Pros

Working from home, a little bit of flexibility, discount on clothes

Cons

Poor pay, toxic working environment, new metrics and evaluation system that pits employees against each other to measure performance with absolutely no incentive to be a "top performer." There's zero career growth opportunity.

Pros

I liked working remotely. It also felt good to receive positive client feedback.

Cons

The shifts changed and you could barely even go to the bathroom without losing points. I felt like a prisoner in my chair. Also, they shove a lot of leftist agenda down your throat. Last year on June 13, we received an email from HR telling us to go to a park with our friends and reflect on the wrongs inflicted on blacks. They had a month for Hispanic heritage and pushed Pride month big time. No mention of Hannuka. All of the leads and supervisors are up-talkers and sound very stupid.
