Pros

Work from home Good pay for hourly work Fun work environment Paid vacation/sick leave

Cons

Now, stylists are required to schedule their working times in advance which really limits the flexibility of the work. Very limited inventory and poor clothing quality makes customer satisfaction a challenge Stylist's hours are restricted and rarely reach 40 hrs/week

Pros

Remote position Pay raise every 6 months

Cons

I had the worst hiring experience with Stitch fix. I was accepted for the position and told I would need to stay in the country for 6 weeks straight for training. Any traveling outside the country would not be approved. I’d never heard of anything like this in my life. I had a trip already paid for to Jamaica and I would only miss 5 days of training out of SIX WEEKS. I emailed them to see if there was a way to make up for those missed days. Someone responded and said unfortunately not and to apply again in the future. I was upset but it is what is. Suddenly, someone else from the company emails me to let me know they CAN accommodate me and I’m good to go! So, I’m thinking maybe they had a change of heart. It’s a week before my start date and I’m supposed to receive an introductory email. I didn’t get it so I email their team. The lady responds to say I’m not on the roster because of my trip? HUH?? I spoke to someone else who said differently. She tries to act like I don’t know what I’m talking about so I send her receipts. I left my other job hoping to join this company. Why would you have multiple people responding to one thread? The person ultimately said, the first statement of me having to reapply in the future was correct. A BIG WASTE OF MY TIME. I do not recommend applying for a role at this company. It is so unorganized. Oh, not to mention I tried to ask to talk to someone on the phone instead to clear this up and I was ignored.
