Pros

Used to be: remote working, flexibility to work whenever, guaranteed sick time/PTO for part time, consistency in hours. Not anymore...so sad.

Cons

We were all very nimble and understanding with everything the pandemic brought. Warehouse closures, lack of inventory per shipping delays, etc. But then it felt like HQ took advantage of stylists' ability to change and kept running with it. They try to change too many things TOO FAST (so fast that the software we use has an issue at LEAST once a day). Direct bosses (to stylists) are never provided with the tools to support their team members when huge shifts happen but no one from HQ is pitching in to help. It kind of feels like a sinking ship with all of us on board and HQ watching from the sidelines...

Pros

40% discounts on Fixes and from the shop feature (pro-tip; you can get some items cheaper if buying direct/department store if on sale if they aren't exclusive to Stitch Fix).

Cons

Where to start... The main perk was the flexibility but that is gone now. Constant change within the company. Faster, faster, faster but don't let your stats drop. They ask you how much you want to work, but then ignore it and tell you how much you are going to work even if they hired you for a different amount. They say you can work 7 days a week, then change their minds and tell you that you aren't allowed to work Sundays & Mondays anymore but still have to fit in your hours in the 5 days. Then they say okay, you can have those two days back but you can only work within a certain time frame and you need to tell us weeks in advance down to the minute when you will be working even though they don't tell you how many hours you will be expected to work until a couple of days before. There is no room for advancement. There are no raises given even if you do everything they want and go above and beyond, they just don't believe in them I guess.

Pros

You get a discount They sent me a notebook and a pen once. That's really it. I just can't think of anything else.

Cons

Employees are treated like little worker bees, and there is absolutely no transparency with this company. Decisions are made, we're impacted, and kept in the dark. There are CONSTANT changes and little to no consistency. So much toxic positivity it's sickening. Everything is magical and grand until you realize you never get a pay increase, in fact, you can take a pay CUT depending on where you live and work from. The "flexibility" that's promised is BS. There is none. No one is straight with you. Oh, and if you ever want to climb the ranks, forget it. They only hire externally.
