Pros

Only the "what ifs"... Possibility of acquisition, further growth.... Decent product and service Feeling like you are a part of something exciting

Cons

A grossly fake culture that does not practice what it preaches about being kind and caring. I've seen horrible treatment to interview candidates, employees and those they "let go". Stitch Fix will demand your soul 24/7 - and will not give you room to breathe, grow or thrive. They "listen" to feedback, but do not present solutions, creating a cesspool culture of bad processes and treatment that will not get better. I've seen wonderful human beings pour their heart and soul into this company, only to be abruptly fired with no explanation or realistic sev. package. The company claims to promote transparency - but I've only seen this as an excuse to unprofessionally break people down. Management is dishonest and self absorbed. If you are looking to work at headquarters as anything other than a stylist...I highly recommend you run, not walk, away from this company. Because once you're "in" you will be treated like a dog on a leash.

Pros

- Work from home. It used to be flexible WFH, but that is no longer the case - Discount on Fixes and items from the Shop feature of the app and website - You don't have to interact with anyone outside of occasional Zoom calls

Cons

- Restricted hours starting 8/15 - Not much wiggle room for other jobs, kids, family obligations, life, etc. - Negative client feedback that that makes you question if you are a person worthy of love - Toxic positivity work environment

So heartbroken

Pros

Decent discount (unless you're plus sized and then the inventory is so bad that it doesn't matter). Great team lead.

Cons

I started working here August 2020. It was so great at first. I didn't need this job for the income, I was doing it for extra cash and to make new friends, get a discount, grow my resume. I got really attached. I loved this job. Then with all of these recent changes so many others have mentioned, the job I loved was ripped out from under me with little time to even process. I don't WANT to have to resign, but I'm not being given much choice as the job requirements are now totally different than they were when I was hired. Upper management doesn't communicate well to team leads, which leaves them in the dark when big news is dropped. I was less than a month away from a promotion and raise and now those are on hold. TOXIC POSITIVITY IS ALIVE AND WELL at StitchFix, probably so people don't fear losing their jobs. No flexibility. No growth opportunities. Only sadness. Don't work here; you're only headed for heartache. Would have chosen 0 stars for all of these categories if possible.
