Stitch Fix reviews

I have been a very high performing stylist for over a year now. They have not given me a raise and I was reviewed. My personal opinion is they are trying to keep costs low before the stocks go public. I feel very under appreciated and there is no clear path for growth. Every time I ask management what is going on with my raise they say " we will have an answer next month". Not cool. Personal stylists make an minimum of $20 an hour. I feel they have taken my skill and capitalized on it without compensating me fairly.

Lack of communication and transparency. Advertised flexible scheduling through job interview process, now limiting the time and way you can schedule yourself in such an extreme way a large portion of stylist have had to leave. No reason was given why, except so that we can work when the warehouses are open. But we're allowed to work on the weekend when no one is open. Nothing makes sense. I don't feel appreciated or respected.
