Pros

Getting to work remote is the only positive I can think of at this point.

Cons

There's little to no stylist community allowed after their divide and conquer move. Their new expectations basically screw over parents and caretakers. Stylists are constantly gaslighted and blamed for the companies shortcomings. We have people who have worked here for 5 years plus that haven't seen a raise. People are too afraid to speak up and give truthful feedback for fear of reprecussion.

Pros

Stitchfix allows you to be yourself. Everyone here wants to be here and knows what it takes to run a successful business. Throughout my time I have seen many people come in from the big name tech companies after being burnt out. StitchFix knows not to push you across the line and respects your personal time.

Cons

Although it is getting much better, it is somewhat difficult to be promoted from within. The leveling rubric is a bit arbitrary as compared to other tech companies.

Free snacks - aren't really that great and the mean office ops leader get's to decide what we get; and she does not welcome to feedback.

Cons

Supervisors, and all of Management gives favoritism and has no compassion for human needs. DO NOT get sick, or have health concerns , cause they will not have sympathy. Many fired for bogus reasons after needing time off for illness. Once a supervisor has it out for you personally, you're done - even if you're work is better than most.
