Non flexible scheduling, hours, toxic positivity. Everyone is fake. Benefits for part time employees suck. They used to preach flexibility especially for women who are working moms, etc. they don’t offer any of that anymore and they are replacing our jobs with robots. Terrible inventory. Very hard to do your job and meet expectations

Little to no help from management or corporate on any issues you are having, with the recent schedule changes all the flexibility that made this job so appealing has now been changed making it nearly impossible to have this job as a second income source or being a busy SAHM, hours change from week to week where some weeks you are working 20+ and some only 4-5hrs.
