Pros

You get to work from home and your hourly rate is definitely fair.

Cons

You are constantly pressured to work faster even if that means sending items that you know your client will not like. It s also a very isolating job with basically no opportunities to move up in the company. My main issue was that morally I did not agree with the way they do business. With the pressure of styling as many clients as fast as possible you are really robbing people of their time and money. They also had inventory issues for most of the time that I worked there but we were still required to meet certain numbers. The company often did not own up to their mistakes and when other co-workers would try to speak up they were told that they needed to have a better attitude.

Pros

office snacks, office events

Cons

They like to make you think you're in an ideal work environment until you're actually out on the floor, then you'll notice people who used to work there disappear out of nowhere. They claim to be open to feedback, but once you voice where they are wrong, it places a target on your back. They will fire people for bogus reasons, and won't allow you to talk to HR. Management is as shady as can be. The minute they feel threatened, they will begin to work on taking you out. Noticed with several employees, managers will be nice in person (in coaching sessions), but vile in email, threatening to fire you if X, Y, and Z doesn't improve. A lot of inconsistency between managers. What one manager is okay with, with another, it could get you fired for. And although they're looking to hire people, just as many are getting fired. They expect too much for such little pay, and won't actually help you get better. You're pretty much on your own there, always having to worry about whether you'll be fired or what you could get fired for.

Pros

Flexible schedule (work from home), employee discount.

Cons

No room for growth here! There is 1 raise opportunity in the remote stylist role, and once you're there, you're stuck. You only hear from management when your metrics are underperforming. The attempt at creating an inclusive culture feels fake and overbearing, which is funny as one of their 'values' is authenticity.
