Pros

flexible schedule, ease of training, set your own hours, not micro managed

Cons

lumped in with your zip code for pay, once you get a $1 raise there is never room for advancement as a stylist, expected to have the same success rate with clients whether inventory is plentiful or sparse

Pros

Ability to work anywhere and remote.

Cons

Lack of inventory, management pretty naggy since they don't know you (and are primarily female moms), metrics set high, lack of flexibility once you set your schedule, their current supply chain model, being a part-time employee as a second job was really challenging because of inventory that it wasn't remotely fun. It seems like the stylists who do not have another job are the most successful.

Pros

Worked from home and discount on product

Cons

I hated this job. I thought it would be fun and a quick way to make some cash but it was awful. You had to style 4 clients an hour and meet strict styling goals but the algorithm constantly crashed and the inventory was always low so it was nearly impossible to find things the clients requested. They advertise for women of all sizes but the larger sizes were especially limited. I was under my goal by $4/fix meaning I made the company $104/fix x 4 fixes an hour x 29 hours= $12,000/ week and I got paid minimum wage but I got let go. They wouldn’t let you work more hours because they’d have to pay benefits. So much pressure and very little reward. So disappointing for a company founded by women.
