Not everyone contributes to the culture - many take and enjoy the culture without paying it forward and many Leaders don't hold people on their teams accountable for behaving in alignment with the values. This has opened the door for the ugly side of organizational politics to grow and is frustrating to watch and experience at times. In general, very decent company with decent, well-intentioned people. You can expect typical growing pains for a high-growth company - lack of clarity on priorities or project objectives, ownership, decision-making as well as competing priorities between functional partnerships (which has increased CYA behaviors not aligned to espoused culture)
