      Pros

      Easy work, weekends off, okay pay, holidays off. When people weren't fighting, the team was pleasant. Free food once a month.

      Cons

      Everyone who works in the warehouse was on drugs, including management. Favoriting people, sexism, sexual talk/sexual harassment. It was a challenge dealing with people who were always on drugs or high.

      Pros

      * Best company I have worked for bar-none. Most of the employees at this company really care about the customer experience, and that permeates through the organization from stylists, to warehouse associates, to HQ employees, all the way up to leadership * Members of the leadership team are genuinely good people who care about career development of their employees. Special shout-out to Katrina, Mike, Meredith. * Smart people who are driven, but also preserve work-life balance. * Know how to have a good time and celebrate accomplishments * Not an overly lavish environment but one built on practicality - not typical of the lavish style of other SF based start-ups.

      Cons

      * Some members of the management team are not the best leaders, and can be political. It's to be expected at any company, even a start-up * Can do a better job of innovating and listening to customer feedback. * Need to improve the communication between technologists (engineers and data scientists) with the people running the businesses
