      Awesome culture & very avant garde use of data in retail

      - Great culture; people actually listen to what you have to say - Actually using data to make decisions -- and hiring people who know what it is - Lots of technical challenges ahead to make the company scale - Best exec team I've experienced working with

      - You need to be on your communication game due to company structure; not really a con, just a requirement that takes a bit of energy.

      There is a great company culture here! This is a fast moving business and you need to be flexible to work here.

      Cons

      You don't have a lot of opportunity to advance because the Austin office is all Client Service jobs. The job becomes repetitive but the people that work there make it that much better.
